Information we collect
When you contact us
If you email or call us, we receive what you choose to send: typically your name, email address, phone number, company and details about your project. We use it to reply, prepare estimates and carry out any work we agree on.
When you visit the site
Like most websites, our web server automatically records basic technical information for each request: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page and the date and time. We use these logs only to keep the site secure and working, and they are deleted automatically after 14 days.
Cookies and tracking
The site does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. We do not track you across other websites.
Services we rely on
Two providers help us run the site and our email. Each receives only what it needs for that job. Everything else, including fonts and images, is served from our own server, so your browser does not contact any other company when you visit.

How long we keep it
Server logs are kept for 14 days. Emails and project correspondence are kept for as long as we work together, and afterwards for as long as our records and legal obligations require. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing support@anzazo.com. We respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, including California and Delaware, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor them.
Do Not Track
Because we do not track visitors over time or across websites, the site behaves the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to our systems is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
